  Very disappointed with management. Spoke several times
  with them about the lack of cleanliness in the Mausoleum.
  Lift up the cushions on the chairs and they are covered with
  crud. Where is the dignity? People in the office that I have spoken
  with agreed with me but still nothing has been done.

  My mother passed away on January 4,2015, because many of our family members were from out of town we needed to have her service quickly. My brother and I met with Ms Kristyn R. of Palm-Roberts .She was so professional and compassionate. My mother's service was held on January 8. Ms.Kristyn took care of all of the many things that had to be done. She even managed to find a special song that my mother had always loved and we were able to play it at her service. The chapel at Palms- Roberts is lovely. I have nothing but praise for Palms- Roberts and their people I thank them for providing my family with a sense of peace and closure for the loss of my mother.
